Buena Vista is seeking a Head Teller for all Chester locations. The Head Teller is responsible for daily teller activities that include cashing checks, processing deposits and withdrawals, as well as various other customer service-related duties. The Head Teller will actively lead and coach a team, ensuring operational efficiency and a customer service mindset. Additional responsibilities that include, but are not limited to: assist with teller training, ordering and maintaining teller line supplies, ensure adherence to policies and procedures concerning teller transactions. Candidate must also be available to work odd shifts unexpectedly. Candidates with experience in effectively managing a workforce and individuals will have an advantage. Receptionist – Chester
Buena Vista is seeking a Receptionist at our Chester location. The Receptionist will provide excellent customer service to our customers. He/she will greet customers with a warm and friendly welcome and assist them with where they need to go in the bank. The Receptionist will answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls in a positive and professional manner. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to perform other various clerical duties as needed.
