COVID-19 Update – March 19, 2020


In order to protect our staff and their families, our customers and their families as well as the citizens of the communities we serve, Buena Vista National Bank is temporarily closing the lobbies at all locations.

The Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) has been reported in Illinois and we want to act in the best interest of everyone’s well-being.

For these reasons, the following steps are being taken Friday, March 20:

  • All branch lobbies will be closed to the public.
  • The Rozier’s Country Mart location will be closed.

All drive-through and walk-up facilities will be open normal drive-through and walk-up hours. We have extended hours at our main location in Chester to accommodate the Rozier’s Country Mart customers. (Monday – Friday 8 AM – 6 PM and Saturday 8 AM – 3 PM.)

Our Loan Officers, eBanking staff and Customer Service Representatives will be available by phone to answer any questions or set appointments.
