Use mobile deposit services from 12:00:00 a.m. CT on February 1, 2026 through 11:59:59 pm CT on December 31, 2026 (the “Promotion Period”) for chances to win $250.00 deposited directly to your account. One deposit will be made each month of the Promotion Period. Entry for these drawings automatically occurs every time a customer makes a mobile deposit into an account at the financial institution.

Buena Vista National Bank (“BVNB”) is the sponsor of the 250th Anniversary Mobile Deposit Rewards sweepstakes. There is no limit on entries per eligible customer during the promotion period and there is no purchase necessary. Chances of winning a prize are based upon the number of eligible entries received.

250th Anniversary Mobile Deposit Rewards Official Rules.

To enter: There are two (2) ways to enter the Sweepstakes during the Promotion Period: 1) Automatic entry: One entry into the drawing automatically occurs for each mobile deposit completed during the Promotion Period by a customer of BVNB. Certain restrictions may apply. Only mobile deposits made during the Promotion Period by account holders that are in good standing are eligible for automatic entry. Automatic entries must be made by 11:59:59 p.m. PT on December 31, 2026, to be eligible. 2) To enter without purchase: Send a 3” x 5” postcard with your name, address, phone number to: Buena Vista National Bank, 250th Anniversary Mobile Deposit Rewards, 1309 Swanwick Street, Chester, IL 62233. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by December 31, 2026 and received by January 7, 2027, to be eligible. Enter as often as you wish; however, each mail-in entry must be mailed in a separate postmarked, stamped envelope.
Entrants may enter only by using one of the entry methods described in these rules. Entries that are illegible, incomplete, or inaccurate are void. Entries become the property of BVNB and will not be acknowledged or returned. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, 18 years of age and older as of January 1, 2026. Commercial account eligibility is subject to employer policies regarding rewards program participation. Void where prohibited. Directors and Employees of BVNB are not eligible to enter. The drawing is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

Drawing: Random monthly drawings will be held on or about the 15th of March 2026, April 2026, May 2026, June 2026, July 2026, August 2026, September 2026, October 2026, November 2026, December 2026 and January 2027. One random grand prize drawing for $1,776.00 will be held on July 4, 2026. The drawings will be held from all eligible automatic and mail-in entries combined. The random drawings will be conducted by BVNB. All decisions are final and binding on matters relating to this rewards campaign. BVNB will notify the monthly and grand prize winner by telephone on or about the 16th of each monthly drawing.

Odds: Actual odds of winning prizes depend on the total number of entries received.

Prize Restrictions: Any expenses not specified relating to the acceptance and use of a prize are the responsibility of each recipient.

Prize Claim: Winner will be notified by a traceable method of delivery, and where required, will be required to sign for the delivery. BVNB reserves the right to substitute a prize (or portion thereof) of comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion. All prize details are at BVNB’s sole discretion.

Winner List: To obtain a copy of the names of all prize winners, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to Buena Vista National Bank, Attn: 250th Anniversary Mobile Deposit Rewards Winners, 1309 Swanwick Street, Chester, IL 62233. The winners list will be available once all prizes have been awarded.

Additional Terms: By participating, entrants agree to: a) the Official Rules, which shall be final in all respects; and b) release, discharge, indemnify, and hold harmless BVNB and their officers, directors, and employees, from any liability, claims, or damages arising out of their participation in the drawing and the acceptance, use, misuse, or possession of any prize. By accepting a prize, winner agrees to, where legal, BVNB’s use of his/her name for advertising and publicity purposes without compensation and, upon request, will provide consent to such use in writing.

Limitation of Liability: BVNB is not responsible for stolen, lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, illegible, or postage-due mail or entries. BVNB reserves the right to cancel or modify the drawing if fraud or technical failures compromise the integrity of the drawing as determined by BVNB in its sole discretion. This promotion is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Illinois and applicable federal regulations.

Tax Liability: Tax liability, if any, is the sole responsibility of the winner. BVNB will file the appropriate tax forms with the appropriate tax authorities, including IRS Form 1099 with the United States Internal Revenue Service. Each winner is solely responsible for ensuring that the Bank has an up-to-date mailing address for purposes of sending each winner an IRS Form 1099.
