Notary & Medallion Signature Guarantee service 

We’ll be happy to notarize or guarantee your signature on official documents.  These services are free for Vista Gold account holders.  A medallion signature guarantee is limited to customers only. 

 

U.S. Savings Bonds 

You can purchase and redeem Series EE and I Bonds through Buena Vista National Bank.  For additional information on U.S. Savings Bonds, please go to: www.treasurydirect.gov. 

 

Cashier’s checks and money orders 

These secure, convenient instruments are available to you at a low fee and free for Vista Gold account holders. 

 

Credit cards 

You may pick up an application for a credit card at Buena Vista National Bank.  We’ll be happy to help you complete it. 

 

License plate renewal stickers 

Obtain your annual license renewal sticker at any of our bank locations for a modest fee. 

 

Discount brokerage accounts 

If you are looking for other investment opportunities, we offer discount brokerage for stocks, bonds and mutual funds.  FDIC insurance does not apply to these accounts. 

 

License & title transaction processing for the State of Illinois 

No need to leave town for license and title service.  Just stop by Buena Vista National Bank at our main location in Chester, IL and we’ll be happy to serve you.  Charges vary depending upon the nature of the transaction.

We offer minted coins, such as the U.S. Mint’s 50 state quarter program, American Eagles, U.S. Mint proof sets, commemoratives, and photo mints.  Contact a bank representative for more information today.

We accept real estate tax bills for Randolph County at no additional charge.  We also accept city of Chester bills at no added cost.
