      At Buena Vista National Bank we have always recognized and respected the privacy expectations of all of our customers. We do not disclose any nonpublic personal information about any of our customers, former customers or any other individuals or entities to anyone, except as permitted or required by law. In accordance with federal banking regulations, we have adopted this notice to keep our customers informed of our privacy policies and to reaffirm our continued commitment to respect our customers' privacy. 

 

      This is not a notice of any changes to our existing privacy policies. No action is required on your part, other than to have been notified of our privacy policies. The confidentiality of your nonpublic personal information will continue to be maintained in accordance with this notice even if in the future you decide to close your accounts with us or you become an inactive customer. As used in this notice, the term "you" and "customer(s)" mean all of our consumer customers who have a continuing relationship with us such as a deposit account, loan, safe deposit box or IRA account where we serve as custodian.

3. What Information We Disclose to Our Service Providers or Joint Marketing Partners 

      As permitted by law, we may disclose all of the information that we collect, as described in section 1 of this notice, to certain other nonaffiliated third parties, such as insurance companies, with whom we have joint marketing agreements. In addition, in order to provide you with the best products and services available, we may also disclose such information about you to advertising agencies or other market research companies that we may retain to provide marketing services on our behalf.
